What if the car breaks down or I have an accident?
Europcar Guadeloupe provides its customers with on-road assistance 7 days a week. The call number is 0690 352 952. It appears on the rental contract and the key-ring of the vehicle.
In the event of a technical incident, our Assistance service will intervene as soon as possible to restart the immobilized vehicle or to make a change on site.
In the event of an accident, you must first of all secure the area and inform the police or gendarmerie as soon as possible, as well as Europcar Guadeloupe. Then fill out the amicable report (available in the vehicle's glove compartment) with the opposing party (if a third party is involved). Be especially careful when drafting this document, providing all the information requested and being as specific as possible. If you do so, you may see your responsibility misdirected.

What if I lose the keys of the vehicle?
